FDR was that smart about propaganda. He controlled the media during WWII. The ACLU and MSM wouldn't stand for that now, since for hte most part, they aren't looking for answers or truth, just headlines.
As Winston Churchill said, "In wartime, truth is so precious that she should always be attended by a bodyguard of lies." Too bad we're hamstrung by the foolish Left.
