Sherrod Brown flips bird to Petraeus

  Blog reactions   Sphere: Related Content

Today the U.S. Senate voted 72-25 (3 abstentions) to approve an amendment to the defense spending bill. The amendment read as follows:

To express the sense of the Senate that General David H. Petraeus, Commanding General, Multi-National Force-Iraq, deserves the full support of the Senate and strongly condemn personal attacks on the honor and integrity of General Petraeus and all members of the United States Armed Forces.

Sherrod Brown voted "no." I'm shocked at Slippery Sherrod's silence.
